Compatible with both Lightning and Classic, the seamless integration brings these two powerhouses together. Leads and Contacts can be pushed from Salesforce into e-shot™ via the Campaigns page in Salesforce to a chosen e-shot™ group. Once imported into e-shot™, the contacts can be used in any campaign.
Salesforce will retrieve campaign performance information from e-shot™, allowing you to view clicks, displays, sends, hard bounces, unsubscribes and interaction details.
This information can then be used within the Salesforce Reports section to search and filter contacts as well as providing the criteria to create marketing campaign address books to drive future campaign sends.
Configuration is simple. Map your users and your fields using the simple drop downs and click link. That’s it.
With a simple click you can sync your campaign and group data. Passing data securely between the two platforms.
Review your synced campaigns in both Salesforce and e-shot™ and drill down into the contact information. Review your campaigns success and use contact behaviour as the basic to further campaigns.
Create engagement reports based on your contacts behaviour. Filter your reports based on engagement and create further campaigns based on these interactions.
